Carbonless custom invoices books are suitable for any use where you need instant copies of handwritten documents. The customized invoices books are commonly printed on NCR Paper. We use a high-quality NCR Paper to offer you a clean, and readable impression that remains intense and does not vanish or blur over time.

Custom invoice books
Why Carbonless custom invoice books?
Many bills, forms, and contracts would have to be written and signed twice or three times if carbonless copies (also known as NCR records) were not available. Clearly, using NCR sets can save a great deal of time and effort. If you create and print carbonless custom invoice books yourself, you can customise the colours, scope, layout, and more to fit the application and the company’s corporate style.
How do carbonless custom invoice book operate in practise?
A single carbon copy set is usually made up of two or three glued together carbon copy papers. When pressure is applied (i.e., writing) to the front of a three-sheet set, the top and middle sheets have a covering of microcapsule full colour on the underside that ruptures when pressure is applied (i.e., writing). The colour is transferred to the following sheet, which has a specific developer layer that absorbs the colour. Multiple sheets can be written to at the same time in this manner.
